An experience you will never forget or regret. When I came to hunter a year ago, I was so scared and excited at the same time. It was a new chapter of my life that has just begun. I’ am a shy young lady who doesn’t speak much but at hunter I was able to open up and make new friends who I now look at as my family. I have been to other schools before but I have never felt the same way about them as I do for hunter. The staff here is excellent and tries their hardest to prepare you for the medical field, but still it all narrows down to you and the work you put in. Your instructors are always there to help you and they will let you know that you are at the right place. Hunter teaches you the skills you need and helps you with your resumes, as well as other paper work that is required for the medical field. I have been told numerous of times that hunter students are well prepared and it shows in your performance. I promise you if you are dedicated and want to advance your career go to hunter, Its a step to advancing your career that you wont regret.

I would like to start off by thanking the staff of Hunter for being so supportive, understanding and helpful during my time of misfortune. My experience at Hunter was one that I am proud to say has given me a better perception of life. I enjoyed my time at hunter it has showed me that hard work and dedication will be beneficial in all aspect of life. Thank you for the opportunity to a better future.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Hunter for an amazing educational experience. From the first time I came in and met with Danielle Gravia, I felt very comfortable here. She answered all my questions and fears on going back to school after so many years. All of the staff is always there to greet you with a smile, and to assist you in any way. I feel especially blessed to have had two of the most wonderful, thoughtful, educated teachers. Mrs. Kerrie F .and Mrs. Judy M.( for a short time), are very well educated, patient, and caring teachers .They made sure each of us understood, even if they had to go over it more then once or stay after class. There should be more teachers in the world like them who care the way they do about their students. I feel that what I have learned here at Hunter, will take me as far as I want to go in the medical field. I feel I made an excellent choice by coming here. Although I am excited to move on, I am sad to leave here as well.

A vocational school (or trade school or career school), providing vocational education, is a school in which students are taught the skills needed to perform a particular job. Traditionally, vocational schools have not existed to further education in the sense of liberal arts, but rather to teach only job-specific skills, and as such have been better considered to be institutions devoted to training, not education.
